GOOD to EAT

There is one thing my family has always been great at...cooking. I learned the art of adding a pinch of this and a little dash of that early on. The skill of using smoke and fire paired with outside air to cook delicious food was always something that interested me. Friends and family always encouraged me to cook for events and fundraisers, family dinners, it was when strangers recognized me for selling them "the best ribs they ever tasted" that I thought this could turn into something more. Many hours of research and careful planning helped fund my knowledge base and open Buck's craft bbq and catering in 2020.
